There is nothing to clarify but the fact that CCPs view of PvP boils down to DPS vs. TANK. The Cov-Ops was the only ship that actually had a ROLE. Now it doesn't anymore. Welcome to CCP World Of Warcraft in space.

It's now officially a "Fix". I had enough EVE for 4 months. I need some vacations since I'm stressed as hell. I suggest you to cancel your subscription for a month till you train Cov-Ops Lvl5.
